Tag is both a website and wholly independent photography magazine, compiled by the
most creative minds in our community. Here is where photographers showcase their
work online and have an opportunity to submit their photos to get published in print.
It is the perfect platform for photographers, from the up-and-coming talent to the
well-established professional, to show off their finest images.
Tag Magazine is a quarterly high quality contemporary photography print publication.
Tag magazine features leading edge photography with US and international perspectives,
giving it global appeal. Tag is driven by the lust for new and inspiring photography.
Rather conforming to a single aesthetic, Tag creates a fluid identity by weaving
a wide range of photography styles into its pages. This gives us the freedom to
publish a vast variety of photography and stories while staying true to our overarching
principles. Tag magazine stands on its own landscape. Because of its unique aesthetic,
each issue is a collectable and is viewed and admired long after leaving the newsstands.
The content in Tag is created with longevity in mind. Tag is continuously bringing
you fresh ways of seeing creativity, culture, all in a global way.
Our mission is to exhibit unique and inspiring photography.
- Upload your strongest photo shot by you!
- Submit your finest photo to the appropriate theme for that photo.
- Members will review your submitted photos and vote.
- The photo with the highest number of votes per day, will be reviewed by our editors.
- Your photos maybe selected for publication.
What to Submit:
Submit only your best shots. We love anything that is real, beautiful, strangely
unique, emotional, unusual situations, interesting moments, capture movement, humor
or that special photo that inspires others to pick up a camera and shoot.
What Not to Submit:
Do not submit the cliché photo, casual snapshots like graduation pictures or sweetheart
photos, the mundane, photos we’ve already seen, but shot a thousand different ways,
and nothing too artistic – meaning something that you can’t tell if it is an actual
photograph.
When tweaking your images…“easy does it”, please.
You can color enhance and re-touch as long as your artistic treatment does not alter
the photo to the degree that puts it in a different category altogether. Nothing
should be over processed, as we are looking for authenticity in your greatest shots.
No diptychs, no duplicate photos, no graphics, no lines or borders.
Tag Magazine seeks the unpredictable work of all photography genres.
